Her name is Bella Marie Hughes, she's part of the Hughes Family. She was born January 5th, 1891. She was born and raised in East City, Amestris. This war scarred her as she tried to protect her Ishbalan friends but an alchemist ended up scarring her right forearm. This caused her to hate the military for a while but her uncle made her feel better about the military. Later, when she turned 18 she joined the military as a State Alchemist, The Scarlet Alchemist.
When her uncle died she took it very hard, he was her father figure, she didn't really get along with her father. But she went on strong and helped her Aunt Gracia and Cousin Elicia recover.
